Before I became a coach, I was a business leader.
I am currently a Partner in a global innovation and strategy agency, where I work directly with clients as well and serve as a leader in a growing firm. Previously, I’ve worked in management consulting, Fortune 50 public companies, privately-held multinationals, and startups.
Over the years, I have interviewed hundreds of candidates, hired dozens, and consulted many more. More than that, I’ve evolved my career into new industries, functions, and “professional identities”, in both major and minor ways, consistently throughout my career.
As a coach, my primary concern is to be your copilot, your mirror, and your rock as you go through your own challenges. My coaching is informed by my experience, but YOU are in the driver’s seat.
At 25, I was set to start law school when a trip abroad changed everything.
After a pivot from my early dream of “fixing what was wrong with US foreign policy” — working in defense consulting in Washington, DC — law school seemed like the answer. Until a trip to Israel led me to question everything about my choices up until that point.
I decided to defer law school and take a chance on a year in Israel, partaking in an internship program that would help me explore what else was out there.
I discovered a passion for living abroad, learning new languages, and personal growth. When the year was over, I found an opportunity to move to Argentina and lived there for four years, working in management consulting.
At 30, I moved to NYC for my MBA where for nearly a decade I have pursued my passion for innovation in the food & beverage industry. My experience includes everything from an Italian chocolate company to a Silicon Valley startup that made pizzas with robots to lead innovation strategy at PepsiCo and working on the future of beverages.
Today, in addition to working with clients as a leadership coach, I am a Partner at a strategic research & innovation agency. I live in Brooklyn with my daughter Isabela and my husband Jorge.
Let’s keep in touch! I share occasional reflections, tips, tricks, and success strategies.
